Select from various frame rates: 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30
Define a starting time
Specify an ending time for automatic cessation or continuous playback until manually stopped

Regarding the free version:

Select from frame rates of 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30
Begin timecode generation using the current device time
Generate and play audio until midnight automatically or halt by manual intervention
