This application serves as a tool for generating SMPTE linear time code for testing purposes. SMPTE timecode is a collection of standards designed to precisely label each frame in video or film content.

The produced audio output is intended for use in coordinating video playback on external devices rather than for human auditory assessment.

This application can continue running when your device's screen is locked and offers multiple options for audio output, including through the headphone jack, AirPlay, or Bluetooth.

In the full version of the app, users have the ability to:

• Select from various frame rates: 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30
• Define a starting time
• Specify an ending time for automatic cessation or continuous playback until manually stopped

Regarding the free version:

• Select from frame rates of 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30
• Begin timecode generation using the current device time
• Generate and play audio until midnight automatically or halt by manual intervention
